Respiratory

Respiratory wellness has a long place in Siddha practice, where warming herbs, aromatic barks and leaves have traditionally been prepared as powders, syrups and compound curnams for everyday use. This collection brings together the AVM Herbals preparations that belong to that tradition.

Single-herb powders include long pepper (Thippili), Malabar nut leaf (Adathodai), holy basil (Nal Thulasi), true cinnamon bark (Ilavangapattai), bael leaf (Vilva Ilai), mukia (Musumusukkai), Solanum trilobatum (Thoothuvalai) and kantakari (Kandangathiri). You will also find Adathodai Manapagu, a Malabar nut syrup, the compound preparations Talisati Curnam and Svasa Kudori Curnam, and Karpaga Milagu Podi, a pepper formula.

Each product page gives the ingredients, directions for use and pack size. For help choosing, try the Find Your Ritual guide, read about the key botanicals, or request product guidance.
