Musumusukkai (mukia creeper) is a cooling respiratory herb of Siddha. Taken as directed, it is traditionally used to support pitta balance, respiratory wellness and the easing of cough and cold — a modest creeper with a clear purpose.

How to use

Mix ½–1 teaspoon (2–5 g) in warm water, honey or buttermilk once or twice daily, preferably before food — or as directed by a Siddha physician.
