Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account or checkout and for keeping account access secure.

Product and wellness information

We try to keep product names, ingredients, pack sizes, images, prices, availability, and usage guidance accurate. Natural ingredients can vary in colour, aroma, texture, and appearance between batches without affecting the stated product specification.

Website content and product-selection guidance are for general educational and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for diagnosis, emergency care, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Use products only as directed on the label. Seek professional advice if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a health condition, considering use for a child, or unsure whether a product is suitable.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include or exclude taxes as stated there. Shipping charges are shown before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm or dispatch it. We may cancel or limit an order for genuine stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, delivery, or legal reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Discounts and coupon codes

Promotional codes are subject to the terms shown with the offer, including start and end dates, minimum spend, eligible products, usage limits, and combination rules. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively unless required by law. We may withdraw a promotion that is affected by error, misuse, or fraud, without affecting completed eligible orders.

Consultations

Consultation forms and WhatsApp messages help us understand your request and arrange guidance. They do not create a confirmed appointment until AVM Herbals confirms the date and time. Product guidance does not replace medical care. Cancellation and refund rules for paid consultations are stated in our Refund Policy.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, submit unlawful or misleading content, scrape protected content at scale, or use the website to violate another person's rights.

Intellectual property

The AVM Herbals name, branding, original text, artwork, photographs, and website design are owned by or licensed to AVM Herbals. You may use the website for personal shopping and information but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without written permission.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, WhatsApp, and other third parties may process parts of your transaction or communication under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party's independent service, but we remain responsible for our obligations to you under applicable law.

Liability

Courts and consumer forums with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes; nothing here restricts your right to use an applicable consumer redressal forum.
