Refund Policy

Effective date: 13 July 2026

We want every AVM Herbals order to arrive in the condition and form described. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled. It does not limit any rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

Before sending anything back

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery when the product is unused, unopened, in its original saleable packaging, and has all seals, labels, and accessories intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used ingestible products, herbal powders and formulations, soaps, cosmetics, and personal-care products cannot be returned for change of mind. Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items

Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label, and affected item. An unboxing video is helpful but is not the only evidence we consider. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, spurious, materially different from its description, or otherwise covered by applicable law, we will offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy after review.

Consultation bookings

A consultation can be rescheduled or cancelled without charge when you contact us at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment. A completed consultation is not refundable. If AVM Herbals cancels or cannot provide the confirmed consultation, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.

Return shipping

For an approved return caused by our error, transit damage, or a verified defect, AVM Herbals will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping. For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and safe packing. Please do not send cash-on-delivery returns.

Approved returns should be sent only after authorization to: AVM Herbals, 3/124 Komali Thottam, Ranganathapuram, Sulur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641402, India.

Inspection and refunds

We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days. Banks and payment providers may take an additional 5–10 business days to display the credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. If a refund is delayed beyond the stated processing period, contact us using the details above.

Order cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to help before dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, the return conditions above apply.
