Shipping Policy

This policy explains how AVM Herbals processes and delivers online orders. It should be read with our Refund Policy.

Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable addresses accepted by Shopify checkout. If your postal code or delivery option is unavailable at checkout, contact us before placing the order and we will check available options.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays in Tamil Nadu. Orders placed during launches, promotions, or holiday periods may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery

Typical delivery within India is 3–8 business days after dispatch. Remote or limited-service locations can take 5–12 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The carrier, weather, public restrictions, address issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect transit time.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Available methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Free standard shipping may be available on eligible orders of ₹999 or more when displayed at checkout. Eligibility is calculated after discounts and can depend on destination and promotion terms.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent by email, SMS, or the contact method used at checkout after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Address changes and failed delivery

Check your name, phone number, postal code, and complete address before payment. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery, refusal, or return-to-origin may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.

Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, a parcel is marked delivered but not received, or the package arrives damaged, email avmherbals@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 81489 82267 with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
