AVM Heritage Circle Program Terms

These terms govern the AVM Heritage Circle loyalty and referral program operated by AVM Herbals. Participation is free. By joining or using a program reward, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and account

You must have an eligible AVM customer account and use the same email address for program activity and purchases. One program account is permitted per person. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.

2. Program availability

The program is active only when the Heritage Circle page displays a connected rewards dashboard. The live dashboard controls the current earning activities, reward values, eligibility conditions, expiry information and availability. A storefront description is not a guarantee of points or a particular reward.

3. Earning points

Unless the live dashboard states otherwise, points are earned on the paid product subtotal of eligible orders after discounts. Shipping, taxes, gift cards, consultation products, cancelled orders, refunded amounts and other excluded items do not earn points. Points can remain pending until payment and order checks are complete.

4. Returns, refunds and corrections

Points related to a cancelled, returned, refunded, reversed or ineligible transaction may be cancelled or deducted. AVM may correct duplicate, mistaken or improperly credited activity. If a correction creates a negative balance, future points may first be used to restore the balance.

5. Rewards

Points and rewards have no cash value, are not legal tender and cannot be sold or transferred. A reward can be used only under the conditions shown when it is issued. Rewards combine with other discounts only when Shopify checkout and the specific reward permit the combination. Product availability, order minimums and other checkout conditions still apply.

6. Referrals

Referral rewards apply only when the referral offer is shown as active. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, bulk distribution, paid advertising using AVM trademarks, or attempts to manipulate the program are not permitted. A referred customer may need to complete a qualifying first paid order before either party receives a reward.

7. Misuse and account review

AVM may review, pause or close a program account, cancel points or withdraw rewards where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, unauthorised access, resale activity or a breach of these terms. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes or closure

AVM may change or end the program for commercial, technical, legal or security reasons. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated on this page, in the dashboard or by email. Existing points will receive a reasonable redemption opportunity unless immediate action is required by law, security risk, fraud or abuse. Any expiry date that applies will be displayed in the dashboard.

9. Privacy

Program activity may be processed by Shopify and the connected loyalty provider to operate accounts, verify transactions, prevent abuse, calculate balances and issue rewards. Please review our Privacy Policy and the privacy information shown by the connected provider.
