Vasambu (sweet flag) is the household root of Tamil childcare and Siddha tradition. Used as directed, it is traditionally used to support children's digestive comfort, an anti-toxin effect, voice clarity and mouth freshness — the root passed from grandmother to mother to child.

How to use

Mix ½–1 teaspoon (2–5 g) in warm water, honey or buttermilk once or twice daily, preferably before food — or as directed by a Siddha physician.
