Sembaruthi Poo (hibiscus) is the brilliant flower valued in Siddha for the heart and the hair alike. Taken or applied as directed, it is traditionally used to support heart wellness, blood vitality and the cooling of excess pitta — the courtyard bloom with two callings.

How to use

Mix ½–1 teaspoon (2–5 g) in warm water, honey or buttermilk once or twice daily, preferably before food — or as directed by a Siddha physician.
