Roja Gulkand is damask-rose petals slow-set into a cooling preserve, just as Tamil and Mughal kitchens have made it for centuries. Taken by the spoon, it is traditionally used to support body cooling, digestive wellness and mouth freshness — a fragrant spoonful of calm.
