Induppu — Himalayan Pink Rock Salt

Why it matters

Induppu (rock salt) is the unrefined mineral salt favoured in Siddha cooking. Used in place of common salt, it is traditionally used as a digestive aid in wellness-conscious cooking — the salt the tradition chose long before anyone read a label.

How to use

Use in everyday cooking in place of refined salt, to taste.
