Arugampul (Bermuda grass) is the unassuming green that classical Siddha holds in high regard. Taken in warm water, honey or buttermilk, it is traditionally used to support blood vitality, the balance of the three humours, respiratory wellness and the body's daily resistance.

How to use

Mix ½–1 teaspoon (2–5 g) in warm water, honey or buttermilk once or twice daily, preferably before food — or as directed by a Siddha physician.
