Where can I find ingredients and directions?
Open the product page to review the available ingredient and usage information. Always follow the directions and cautions printed on the product pack, which remain the final reference for that batch.
Can I use several herbal products together?
Do not assume that every combination is suitable for everyone. Ask a qualified healthcare professional before use if you take medicines, have a health condition, are pregnant or nursing, are planning surgery, or are choosing a product for a child.
How does an AVM consultation work?
Share your concern and preferred time through the consultation request form. AVM confirms availability before the session, so submitting a request does not by itself create a confirmed appointment.

I need help with an existing order. What should I send?
Contact support with your order number, the email or phone used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment card details or account passwords.
